It's Registered Dietitian's Day!
I know, you are all as excited as I am about this. I sit here in Thailand, looking to the western sky, wondering how each of you will celebrate the day. How I wish I was there to fill your day and plates with fresh tropical fruits, vegetables, some grilled meats/seafood, roasted nuts, and such. And yes, just enough spice to put a Thai smile on your face.
I just bought some watermelon, so good!

To celebrate, for breakfast I had: egg whites scrambled with a hint of olive oil and sprinkled with garlic, whole wheat toast, a glass of 100% orange juice (with pulp!) and a star fruit!
Just kidding. I had a box of donuts. The cream filled kind.
You have made me laugh so many times tonight. In Thai we say, chok dee, meaning cheers.
