My Adventure

ORIGIN of Hol-ly>> Raised Rural South Dakota. Not North Dakota. Enhanced with newly found Wisconsin influences.  I am traveling to Southeast Asia to follow one of my biggest dreams; to travel, live abroad, embrace culture, and discover myself. I will be working the Language Corps, teaching English.

My journey starts January 28^th, where I will begin training in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  Post training I will travel to Pattaya, Thailand to finish out my curriculum. I will then start the job interview process, where I anticipate a nutrition-related teaching position.  The job position and location will determine which area of Thailand I will travel in.  In addition, I plan to continue my dietetics MS while I am abroad. 

I can’t say that I know how this adventure will play out, but that’s what makes it exciting.

This journey is a means to enriching my life and the lives of those dear to me. I hope that this blog reaches you and prompts you to take a step into unknown, to follow what defines you.

Exciting news for me is my recent engagement! This brings an exciting future for me as I will continue life with a best friend and two great kids.
